1. as a teenager I was keen sailor, I crewed in a dinghy nearly every week.
2. top secret, although I am calling it eating healthily I am actually on  a diet.
3. I wish everyday I had more time!
4. I don't really know where my life is heading, I'm just going with the flow.
5. I am considering going on a yoga foundation course in Sept.
6. my cravings for real coffee seem to grow everyday, maybe it's the sugar really?
7. I am really looking forward to camping trips this year and time on the beach, I wish the weather would improve.
